What a night!

112 people fronted up to our 'Bat Night' led by Lindy Lumsden and Paul Gray.

Setting up a Harp trap with 112 people in the middle of Gap Road in the moonlight.

Harp trap is placed in a 'flight path' opposite the Riddells Creek Winery.

A walk in the bush led us to the first catch - a beautiful and tiny Forest Bat (4g - the weight of a 20c piece).

For those who managed to stay for the final trip out (about 11pm), the reward was a Lesser Long-eared Bat.
